I have been around the sport and fitness environment since I can remember. I have pursued that route through school and college entering into the gym environment two years ago as a gym instructor. I have been training clients to improve weaknesses and achieve the objectives that they have set. I focus on the areas of muscle growth and strength gains, endurance along with weight loss programs and body toning. Anything can be achieved with the right work ethic and the ability to stay focused on the goal. I am very punctual and organised and like to achieve the target in the most effective way possible.
